This Consumer/Victims area includes links to state and national disaster-recovery resources. In the event of a natural disaster, the FICPA provides a consumer Help Line that that refers victims to a volunteer CPA who can assist them with filing insurance claims, filing casualty losses on their income tax returns, cash-flow planning and other services.
