Thank you for your interest in contributing to the FICPA Educational Foundation.  Please be assured that your contribution, at any level, will help the Foundation ensure the integrity and success of accounting professionals throughout Florida and provide scholarships to deserving accounting students across the state.  Founded in 1959 as the R. Warner Ring Educational Foundation, we have distributed more than $2 million to colleges and accounting students around the state.  Foundation scholarships put all Florida schools on an equal footing and allow students to pursue their degrees at any college or university in the state.

Over the past two years, contributions from members have helped the FICPA Educational Foundation provide over $200,000 in scholarships to over 120 deserving Florida accounting students.  Please note: your contribution is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Please fill out a signed pledge brochure to become an official member.

Contribute Now to the Future of the Profession
No contribution is too large or too small.  Your gift will benefit the FICPA Educational Foundation’s general scholarship fund which provides scholarships to help offset the ever-increasing costs for accounting students in Florida.

Become a Member of the FICPA Educational Foundation
Choose from up to five membership categories ranging from $500 to $5,000.  Your yearly contribution amount can be customized to fit your budget, and is payable over a five year period.  All contributions will be used to provide scholarships to deserving accounting students in Florida.

Make a Payment on your Current Pledge
If you are a current FICPA Educational Foundation Member and would like to make payment on your yearly contribution/pledge, please use this option to submit it online!

Contribute to the Douglas James Davis Endowment Fund.
On March 14, 2004, Douglas James Davis, a long-time member of the FICPA, lost his battle with leukemia and died at the age of 52.  In honor of Doug, his sister and fellow CPA, Beryl H. (Berri) Davis, FICPA President-Elect, pledged a substantial amount of money to establish the Douglas James Davis Endowment Fund.  Scholarships from this endowment will be awarded to accounting students at accredited accounting schools in Florida colleges and universities.  As stated by Berri "Like all of us, Doug recognized the importance of educating the best and the brightest to become CPAs.  Together, we can leave a legacy of professional excellence."  If you would like to contribute to this scholarship fund, please click on the link above.

Contribute to the Lloyd A. "Buddy" Turman General Scholarship Fund.
Lloyd A. “Buddy” Turman retired as Executive Director of the FICPA after 30+ years of leadership and service to the organization and its membership. To recognize and honor Buddy’s dedication and commitment to the FICPA and the accounting profession, the Educational Foundation’s Board of Trustees established the Lloyd A. “Buddy” Turman General Scholarship Fund.  If you would like to honor Buddy by contributing to this scholarship fund, please click on the link above.
