Who We Are

The Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) is a professional association of more than 18,000 members working together to improve the CPA profession and better serve the public interest. Founded in 1905, the FICPA is the twelfth-oldest and seventh-largest state CPA association in the United States. Membership includes practitioners in public accounting, industry, government, and education. The FICPA's membership is organized into 27 geographic chapters, each with its own volunteer leadership. Headquartered in Tallahassee, the FICPA has a staff of more than 70 employees providing its members with a wide range of services and benefits, including advocacy, continuing professional education, marketing, communications and public relations.
