2005-2006 Final Financial Statements for FICPA and Subsidiary

Carr, Riggs & Ingram LLP, an independent public accounting firm, completed its audit of the consolidated statements of financial position of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Subsidiary as of June 30, 2006, and the related consolidated statements of activities and cash flows for the year then ended.
