The Florida Board of Accountancy (BOA) has publicly noticed in the Florida Administrative Weekly (FAW) several rule proposals relating to the practice of public accounting. These proposed rules are a result of careful consideration by the nine-member board and have been noticed in the Florida Administrative Weekly (FAW). 61H1-22.0083 – Standards for Audits of District School Boards (effective 2/4/08)

61H1-28.0052 – Number of Sittings, and Granting of Credit, Release of Grades and Completion of Examination, Transition Rules (effective 2/24/08)

61H1-31.001 – Fees (effective 2/24/08) – Deletes the Laws and Rules Examination requirement from 61H1-31.001(9) and transferred this requirement to 61H1-33.001(3)
